30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Return
For an item to be eligible for return, it must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective stickers still attached (if applicable).
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and parts.
- Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Health and personal care items (if the seal is broken).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item. Please do not send your item back without an RMA number.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
When returning an item, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after completing the inspection.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please contact us. We will guide you through the process, as eligibility for exchange depends on product availability and return conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours of delivery) at [email protected] or 209-861-3253. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for such cases.
